The intention of the Hub Service Department Apprenticeship is to provide a chance for people who have traditionally been limited in the opportunities within this industry. The program diversifies our service department staff while providing time and guidance for an individual to learn bicycle mechanics, bicycle building, and meet service area standards in quality and efficiency.
