Radiate Consulting Bay Area is excited to announce the opening of our Recruitment season for the 2025 sexennium. We are looking to recruit new Member-Owners throughout the first six months of 2025 in the following categories: business administration, web/app development, translation/interpretation, bookkeeping, marketing. We will also consider other service areas.

PAY & BENEFITS: Every member-owner engages in independent contracting, setting their own pace, choosing the number of contracts or clients they want to work with and establishing their own hours and rates for services, plus an annual distribution of profits among owner-members.  Additional benefits include ownership status of the company, independence, brand recognition and admin & bookkeeping support through the cooperative. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews are conducted accordingly. The last day to apply to become a member-owner is June 30, 2025.

The ideal candidate to become a new Member-Owner at Radiate Consulting Bay Area is someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to participate in the decision making of the company. We are seeking professionals who are willing to actively engage as contractors within the cooperative, either with potential clients or by bringing their own clients. Ideal candidates may already be working with or are looking to offer their services to colleges and universities, non-profit and grassroot organizations, and local communities, among other entities. We are interested in individuals who want to commit to the business in the long term–ideally for 3 years or more. While prior business ownership experience and knowledge of cooperatives are beneficial, they are not required; however, candidates must be willing to learn.
