Wages and Benefits:
Starting pay is: $15.31/hr with potential increases at 3 and 9 months and a $.50 COLA raise in July. Full medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time workers (25 or more hours/week) after 6 months; 401(k) retirement plan; 7 paid holidays; pay for time off (vacation, sick and personal days); profit sharing (“patronage”) upon becoming a member-owner of cooperative (most workers have become members in the first year).
