WHAT WORKS WEBINAR SERIES
The Democracy at Work Institute, in partnership with the US Federation of Worker Cooperatives, is offering the What Works webinars in 2018 as part of the School for Democratic Management.
These 75-minute webinars are held every other Wednesday from 9:00 am-10:15 am Pacific/12 noon-1:15 Eastern. They are led by experienced managers from employee owned companies (New Belgium Brewery, Equal Exchange, Union Cab and others) who tell real-life stories of successes, failures and rebounds.
The webinars cover three topic areas pertaining to democratic management: Finance, Governance, and Human Resources.
