113 Members of Congress, led by Senator Merkley and Representative DeFazio, just released a sister letter demanding a national utility shut-off moratorium.
The next step is to let Speaker Pelosi and Senator Schumer know that they need to fight for us and with us to make this utility shutoff moratorium a reality as part of the next stimulus.
