On March 21, the Treasury Department announced an interim final rule that all entities created in the United States and their beneficial owners are now exempt from the requirement to report beneficial ownership information (BOI) to FinCEN. While the interim final rule is open for comment, the USFWC does not expect this rule to change, so businesses need not register.
