This year, we have a super special group of candidates who demonstrate a variety of skills, perspectives and experiences, but who share a vision for an economy that prioritizes the health and prosperity of workers and their communities.

There are 11 candidates running to fill five open At-Large Board seats. All the information necessary to vote including your personalized code should have been emailed to your workplace.

Our Board of Directors plays an important role in advancing the worker cooperative movement in the US and centering the interests and needs of our members in long term strategy as well as our daily operations. We’re stronger together and with your collective participation in these elections, we can continue to strengthen the grassroots democracy of the USFWC as we welcome new leadership on our Board.
