GREENFIELD – The tasting room at the Artisan Beverage Cooperative is a place to spend time with friends in a relaxed environment and try new Katalyst Kombucha, Green River Ambrosiamead and Ginger Libation beverages – or a place for a quick stop to refill a growler with a favorite thirst quencher.
“People come from Boston or around the corner, (and) sometimes people chat and compare notes,” says general manager and worker-owner Garth K. Shaneyfelt of what transpires weekly at the 20-foot wooden bar that Artisan Beverage’s owners purchased five years ago on Craig’s List.
